Section 6 – Payment Method

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by gamecodeshops.com on the checkout page.

In this case, submission of the transaction for debiting your account is carried out within the day following the date of delivery confirmation.

Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees gamecodeshops.com that they have any required authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating the order form.

In the case of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the payment method set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer, and between gamecodeshops.com and its banking institution, apply.

Section 7 – Product Availability

The order will be shipped no later than within 3 business days from the day following the day the consumer made the payment. In the event that the ordered product is unavailable, notably due to our suppliers, the consumer may choose either to request a refund of the sums paid within 30 days at the latest from the date of payment, or an exchange of the product.

Section 8 – Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form and only within Morocco. The consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, and also to gamecodeshops.com, within one week. Regarding shipping, as soon as we dispatch an order, you will immediately receive an email informing you.

Section 9 – Delivery Problems Due to the Carrier

Any anomaly concerning delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged parcel, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of handwritten “reservations”, accompanied by the customer’s signature. The consumer must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier, within the following two (2) business days after the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt detailing the complaints.

Section 10 – Delivery Errors

10-a: The consumer must submit to gamecodeshops.com, on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first business day following delivery, any claim regarding a delivery error and/or non-conformity of products in nature or quality compared to the indications on the order form. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.

10-b: This claim to gamecodeshops.com may be made:

– Primarily by email at [email protected] from Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00.

– By logging into our website in the “track your order” section where, after entering your customer number, you can ask your question via the “contact us” menu, clearly stating the order reference.

10-c: Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the allotted time cannot be taken into account and will release gamecodeshops.com from any liability toward the consumer.

10-d: Upon receipt of the claim, the company will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it by email, fax or telephone to the consumer. A product exchange can only take place after the consumer has been assigned an exchange number according to the procedure presented above.

10-e: In the event of a delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the company as a whole and in its original packaging, via registered Colissimo.

To be accepted, any return must be reported beforehand to our customer service.

Shipping costs are borne by gamecodeshops.com, except in the case where it turns out that the returned product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form.

Section 11 – Product Warranty

The provisions herein may not deprive the consumer of the legal warranty that obliges the professional seller to guarantee against all consequences of hidden defects in the sold item. The consumer is expressly informed that gamecodeshops.com is not the producer of the products presented on the website, with regard to liability for defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a defect in the product, only the producer of that product may be held liable by the consumer, based on the information shown on the product packaging. The warranty conditions and duration provided by the producer are indicated on product pages. Given the frequency of renewal of components in technical products, gamecodeshops.com may, upon request, inform the consumer of the availability of spare parts for the products offered and of the procedures for obtaining them, if applicable.
